Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Zygo platform operated by CyreneAI LLP.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to Zygo accessible at zygo.chat
- "Company" refers to CyreneAI LLP
- "Job Poster" refers to users who post work opportunities
- "Worker" refers to users who apply for and complete work
- "User," "You," "Your" refers to any person using the Platform
- "Service" refers to all features provided by the Platform

3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- You must be an Indian citizen or legally residing in India with valid documentation.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
- Users must verify their identity using a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License/Voter ID).
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion.
4. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide your real name, valid mobile number, email address, and government ID.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- One person may only maintain one active account.
- Account Deletion: Currently, users cannot delete their accounts once created due to regulatory requirements for maintaining transaction records under Indian law.
5. Platform Services
5.1 For Job Posters
- Post short-term work opportunities (events, promotions, staffing, volunteering, etc.)
- Specify work requirements, duration, location, and payment amount
- Review and approve worker applications
- Communicate with workers via in-app chat and calling
- Approve job completion for payment release
5.2 For Workers
- Browse and apply to available work opportunities
- Communicate with job posters
- Mark jobs as complete
- Receive payments after job poster approval
5.3 Platform Features
- Chat and Calling: WhatsApp-style messaging and voice/video calling
- Job Matching: Algorithm-based job recommendations
- Payment Processing: Secure payment handling through Razorpay
- Verification: Identity verification using government ID
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment Flow
- Job posters pay the full job amount upfront to make the posting live
- Money is held securely by the Platform until job completion
- Worker completes the job and marks it as complete
- Job poster approves the work
- Platform releases payment to worker's UPI ID after deducting commission
6.2 Commission Structure
- The Platform charges a commission on each transaction
- Commission percentage may vary and will be disclosed at the time of job posting/acceptance
- The Company reserves the right to change commission rates with prior notice
6.3 Payment Processing
- All payments processed through Razorpay (RBI-regulated payment aggregator)
- Workers receive payments via UPI only
- Job posters can pay via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking
- Payment processing time: 1-3 business days after approval
6.4 Refund Policy
- Refunds for job posters only if job is cancelled before worker assignment
- No refunds once a worker is assigned and job is in progress
- Refunds take 5-7 business days to process
6.5 Disputes
- In case of disputes about job completion, the Platform will mediate
- The Platform's decision on payment release is final
- Evidence may be requested from both parties
7. User Conduct
7.1 Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Discriminate against applicants based on religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity
- Use the Platform for illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Share offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or payment system
- Create multiple accounts
- Transfer account access to others
- Use automated systems or bots
- Upload malware or attempt to breach security
7.2 Job Posting Guidelines
Job posters must:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Specify payment amount clearly
- Pay workers the agreed amount
- Not demand any fees from workers for job assignment
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Comply with all applicable labor laws
7.3 Worker Guidelines
Workers must:
- Complete assigned work as agreed
- Be punctual and professional
- Not demand payment outside the Platform
- Not share job poster's private information
- Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information encountered
8. Verification and Safety
- Users must complete identity verification using government-issued ID.
- The Platform uses reasonable measures to verify user identities but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
- Users are advised to exercise caution and report suspicious activity.
- Background checks may be conducted at the Platform's discretion.
9. Content and Communication
- All chat messages and call logs may be monitored for safety and dispute resolution.
- Users grant the Platform a license to use communication data for safety monitoring, dispute resolution, improving services, and legal compliance.
- Users must not share personal bank account passwords or OTPs, explicit content, confidential third-party information, or content violating Indian laws.
10. Intellectual Property
- The Platform and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by CyreneAI LLP.
- Users retain ownership of content they post but grant the Platform a license to use it.
- The Zygo name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.
11. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal conduct
- Non-payment of dues
- Extended inactivity
Upon termination: pending payments will be processed as per applicable terms, user data will be retained as required by law, and users remain liable for any outstanding obligations.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- The Company does not guarantee availability of jobs or workers, quality of work performed, truthfulness of user-provided information, or uninterrupted service.
- Users assume all risks related to work arrangements made through the Platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Disputes between job posters and workers
- Quality of work performed
- Payments made outside the Platform
- Loss of income or business opportunities
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount of commission earned from the specific transaction.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyreneAI LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of any third-party rights, or fraudulent or illegal activities.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
- Users agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform's Grievance Officer.

As per Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:

17. Changes to Terms
- The Company may modify these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
